As much as I enjoy playing such a fun deck, after playing 60 games I have to say it's not cut out for ranked play. Most problem being the tier 0 deck everyone else is playing in ranked wild: secret mage. Secret mage just completely destroys this deck with counter spell and explosive rune. You can always play around secrets by playing useless minion/spell into the secret, but it'll be game ending if you guessed incorrectly. Often end up losing a turn and not having enough health to pull off the combo. Second problem is plot twist. This deck is 100% reliant on plot twist and stealer of souls. While there's multiple ways to easy get stealer of souls in your hand, there's no consistent way of getting plot twist by turn 6. I end up losing all the games I haven't gotten plot twist by turn 7. Chance of not getting 1 out of 2 copies of a card by turn 7 is about 25-30%, which mean you are gonna lose those games pretty much no matter what. (You can cheese out a plot twist from stealer of souls into soularium or back fire, but with very limited hand space you could end up milling it even if you get it, and there's absolutely no time to second guess if you need to make that play). The problem that upsets me the most is the slow animation with stealer of souls, when the cards line up terribly it's very hard to play quick, often end up losing a winnable game. All in all, focus and don't doubt.

BTW I hate pirate warriors and secret mages in casual, go play your tier 0 deck in ranked.
