The goal of this deck is to play defensively with soul fragments early on, and then eventually play Elise the Trailblazer with any number of recurring potential to maximize the number of Un'Goro packs you can muster. The possibilities for recurring the Elise battlecry include:

Brann to double the battlecry, shuffling 2 packs

Zola to add another Elise to hand, to shuffle another pack later

Augmented Elekk to double the number of shuffled cards, allowing the shuffling of 2 packs

Educated Elekk to shuffle cast spells, allowing you to shuffle the pack if you play it while the Elekk is on board

Baleful Banker to shuffle in another Elise into your deck, allowing you to later shuffle in another pack

and Body Wrapper to shuffle in one of your dead minions (hopefully shuffling in another Elise, or some other helpful shuffle card) so that you can shuffle more packs

Many of these shuffling possibilities also internally synergize, i.e. playing Brann + Augmented Elekk + Elise allows you to shuffle 4 packs at once, and following it up with a Baleful Banker could shuffle in 4 more Elise's. 

Then, hopefully you're playing against some other value/control deck that you can simply outvalue by shuffling and producing an absurd number of (maybe good) Un'Goro cards.
