We do this by playing Annoy-o-Tron, Focused Will, Silas Darkmoon, Potion of Madness, double Divine Spirit, Apotheosis, Topsy Turvy, and Embrace the Shadow for the double OTK!

This will complete the HELLOOOOOOO! and HELLO! HELLO! HELLO achievements at the same time!
