IF have to craft  Murgur Murgurgle or Cariel Roame. 

Which one to craft to recommend of those 2?

In my opinion, Cariel Roame, decreasing cost of buffs with Moonfang or Samuro in your hand is great.

also Cariel will be around for longer...if that counts for anything

Murgurgle, his effect is better and status in general too.

I had the same dilemma but fortunately got SUPER SUPER SUPER lucky and got Murgur Murgurgle from a card pack! 

Personally I draw Murgur all the time but out of 8 times I would say I only drew Prime once two twice from the deck. Maybe that's just my bad luck. I would probably go with Cariel Roame because you can get Murgur Murgurgle from Underlight Angling Rod if you get lucky. 

Honestly though I would not craft either right now. Blizzard just said (with the release of the Battle-Ready packs; which BTW are a AMAZING deal for $20) that there will be changes (nerfs) next week. So maybe wait and see what they change before you spend 1600 (I highly doubt either one of these cards will be effected but the meta might change)

I don't have Murgurgle either, but have pulled him a few times with the Underlight Angling Rod.  I would craft Cariel.  Not only that, you'll have Cariel for two years vs. Murgurgle that will get rotated out next year.

That said, this is a very fun deck to play.

Is there anything you can use to replace Moonfang?

well...unfortunately it is called Moonfang paladin for a reason =)

If you absolutely had to you could consider something sticky like Dragonmaw Sky Stalker, Taelan Fordring, Al'ar or Tyrion Fordring

There was even a suggestion of playing Teron Gorefiend which I haven't tried but could be very interesting
