I've used this deck to climb from D8 to D1 with only 1 loss along the way. Still testing. Was hoping some enterprising people could test and see if the success is not just anecdotal. I don't believe it's optimized yet (there have been some occasions where some cards have never been used optimally, so they may be able to be changed).

What's Missing And Why:
Cascading Disaster - Useful card in the mirror, but have not encountered enough warlocks to warrant it's inclusion. Helpful against druid as well. Mostly encountering paladin, mage, hunter and warrior -- which is too slow for the first three, and I never found myself needing it in the warrior match up. Allows us to run Kazakus, Golem Shaper which I almost always use for the 5 mana golem with either keyword Lifesteal, Rush or Poison (in that order) with the effects of Deal 3 damage, Summon Copy or Draw (in that order).

Strongman - Not using Y'Shaarj, the Defiler so no need to keep such a bulky card that is most useful only in the mirror.

Y'Shaarj, the Defiler - Not using Cascading Disaster or Strongman, so little reason to get corrupted cards back.

Warlock vs. Warlock

So you might be asking yourself how do you beat the mirror? So I've only played other warlocks I think 3 times, and have won all 3. I think really hardcore control warlock is scared away by Paladin/Hunter/Warrior. So the way this deck is tech'd to beat the Warlock match up is by the use of Neeru Fireblade once they have burned your deck and clever uses of Blood Shard Bristleback once your have no more cards (or as removal) to heal and control the board. Additionally , clever use of Infectious Sporeling and Hysteria on their Envoy Rustwix can also swing the match up a few percentage points in your favor.

 Other Match-ups

Infectious Sporeling - Coupled with the plethora of healing available in this deck, this card absolutely has carried me in Paladin, Hunter and Warrior match ups that heavily involved buffing already existing minions. Paladin has virtually no means of removal other than the Hammer of the Naaru. Hunter has to use their direct damage to remove these, limiting their burst potential, and for warrior,  it can be potentially devastating if they have Rattlegore turning into a cute little flower baby. They have weapon, but it requires an answer that is usually non-rush minion in nature (because we dont mind turning their rush minions into sporelings, it makes hysteria stronger).

Malygos the Spellweaver - this card is absolutely insane. It activates our Tickatus, it usually draws 4-5 cards, usually heals for 8-10 and is a 4/12 body for 9 mana. Whenever you draw soul shards through this card, you will get healed and then draw a card from your deck (which can be non-spell hypothetically) because of soul shard's text.

Funny thing is I feel a lot of people I play against expect the second Tickatusthat never comes. That might be what is truly leading to the success of the deck, IDK.
