The best way I could describe this deck is like in a video game if you had like 10 points you could use to improve your character this deck would take all 10 of those points into taking away your money. Now you may ask, why take away your money, what's the point of that? Well it's because you want VALUE, this deck is jampacked with value, how much value you ask, A LOT OF VALUE, lets start off with

Hysteria: You want this card as a comeback mechanism as you don't have many 1-2 drops and your opponent will have lots of stuff on the board, you use this on the biggest minion with most health/attack and then watch their board disapprear

Cascading Disaster: I put this deck as just general removal, you have lots of expensive cards so procking the corrupt is pretty easy, you generally want to save it up but use it in emergencies or vs aggro decks where you don't need the added value

Envoy Rustwix: A decently stated minion with a very good deathrattle, I just put him in for added rng/value

Neeru Fireblade: You basically keep this card in case you get your Jaraxxus destroyed like in a mirror matchup or they take it away with the priest card that swaps your hands

Siphon Soul: This is a general removal card, you want to save it for something big and remember you can use it on your own minion, so if you're in a pickle you can just pop it on yourself

Keli'Dan the Breaker: A very good removal card that acts as another mass removal in your deck, even if you don't use it right away its still good value as your opponent who knows the vanilla control warlock decklist won't know you have another removal in your deck

Tickatus: Not bad to tempo out against aggro decks as its reasonably stated but vs control definately wait for the corrupted version before playing, you can also get it back from your Y'Shaaraj so you want to use it as early as possible before your enemy draws all their cards

Twisting Nether: This is basically your last resort, try to save it for when they have a board that your other removal cards can't remove, as warlock with all the healing in this deck, you can probably take a round of face in order to get more value against aggro or mid range decks, basically baiting them by making them think you don't have it and stacking up their board

Lord Jaraxxus: Basically as control warlock vs other control decks, the sooner you draw and play this the higher your winrate will be, Don't be afraid to take some damage face as you have 5 armor included and after you want to always get your hero power to summon a 6/6 to stretch the total value of your deck

Horrendous Growth: This minion isn't too bad if you need to tempo out against aggro decks as it can kind of fight for the board but you generally want to keep it in your hand and wait until all your opponent's removal is gone and at near the end of the game you pull out a 15/15 and you opponent loses the game, this is another alternative win condition of this deck

Brightwing: You ALWAYS want to play this on turn 3, its a reasonably stated minion that will hopefully give you an early game minion to compete and survive early game with

Faceless Manipulator: Rememeber you can use this on your own minions and try to copy one of your opponents big minions, this is essentially another "removal" in your deck but it also puts a big minion on the board, this should help you when your losing on the board to get back in the game

Lorekeeper Polkelt: Another good stated minion with a powerful effect, use this when your at like 8-9 mana, don't use it right when you get the card or you will go a few turns without drawing cards you can play

Shadow Hunter Vol'Jin: Another removal card that also acts as a better version of the iron beak owl, use this against paladins when they stack all their librams onto 1 minion and then send it back and destroy all their librams or just when the opponent buffs up a weakish minion, basically use it the same as a silencer but be aware this could pull out your opponents big minions or give them another use of the card. This can also be used as a distrupter card like the mirror matchup against warlock you can try to pull out one of their battlecry cards like tickatus and that will definately win you the game and tilt the hell out of your opponent

Taelan Fording: Another way you can draw up your big value cards, the taunt and the divine shield is also very good and helps you stay alive, pretty much just jam it whenever you have it no questions asked

Silas Darkmoon: You can use this to yoink one of your opponent's cards and basically just annoying the living hell out of them. This with faceless manipulators, hysteria, and shadowhunter vol'jin will not only destroy your opponent but also their mental. Be aware that you can manipulate this card by destorying some of your oppoenent's and help line this up, you can also place silas in the middle if you have like a 1/1 on the side and give them that instead

Alexstraza the Life-Binder: This card can be used to heal you or damage your enemy, use when your low or when your opponent is low, try not to use it on their minions unless you really need it

Onyxia The Broodmother: Another win condition, like vs control warlock you know they have school spirits, cascading, and twisting nether, so you keep this card in your hand until they used all those spells and slam it on the board and boom they lose as they can't remove the card, I added a lot of alternate win cons if you don't draw up your Jaraxxus or other win con cards get deleted by Tickatus

Runaway Blackwing: Another good single target removal that also gives you a big minion that can control the board very well. This basically forces them to remove it or they lose the game, you want to use it on a small board as the RNG increases if they have other minions on their board, your starting to see how many classes don't have the removal to stop this control deck from getting out of control

Ysera the Dreamer: Use this when you need to bounce back one of the enemies cards or you need the AOE removal, good thing to memorize what cards this gives you because you know when to use it

C'Thun the Shattered: I'm surprised more control decks don't have C'Thun, it gives you a ton of good 5 drop cards with the 6/6 being the best and the deal 7 damage randomly being the worst from my testing. This is your like what 5-6th win con in this deck lol, imagine playing a mirror match and how sad the control warlock who decided to take a 2 cost deal 3 damage would feel right now. Welcome to VALUE city, fatigueing them as a win con is alright due to tickatus but this just seals the deal and gets you home to feed your children a little earlier.

Yogg'Saron, Master of Fate: Now you might be wondering, why is this random dude on the internet taking like an hour out of his day to write an essay on a deck sharing website. Well I want you to know that I have nothing better to do with my life Sadge and school is boring as hell. This card is your hail marry, somehow you don't draw any of the 20 removal in your deck and they have a big ass board that you can't remove. You basically pop this when there's no way else for you to win and you hope the fireball gets chosen and all 3 go to their face. This card takes a board state that you win 10-20% in and gives you a 50/50 chance of winning the game, which makes this card so valuable, and yes its funny and fun and memy to play this but I legit think it's a valuable addition to this deck.

Y'Sharaaj the Defiler: So if your 29 other cards didn't piss off your opponent enough this card will, it says hey bro you know the tickatus that removed all your win conditions I played earlier, well how about I play him again

You can add and change whatever you want, I would recommend maybe adding more lifesteal with the soul fragment cards if you want or just keeping this deck if you want to make the 10% priests win against you even smaller and laugh as you watch face hunters with no cards beg for mercy. I think my teacher wants to murder me but I'll probably create another control deck if I have some more time. Have a good day boys and good luck on the ladder.
