Wanted to do something different from the usually go face all the time hunter.

Currently, I am 37-26.

When playing against aggro decks, I keep Bola Shot, Tame Beast, and Death's Head Cultist.  I usually keep Far Watch Post to delay.  With slower decks, I like to keep Mor'shan Watch Post as a semi-threat.

I included Professor Slate to deal with high health/taunt minions.  Taelan Fordring helps draw Alexstrasza the Life-Binder or Primordial Protector which leads to a free 8/10 cost minion.

Other cards that can work in this deck are Baron RivendareOgremancer, and Mok'Nathal Lion.

5/20/21 Update:

Currently have a 55-60% win rate with this deck.  I took out Crossroads Watch Post and Burning Blade Acolyte because they are slow and opponents already have a countermeasure in place.  I added Horde Operative to help with secrets and it is a free minion for those without secrets.  C'Thun, the Shattered helps with board clears especially when used with Professor Slate.

For mulligan cards to keep are Far Watch PostTame BeastDeath's Head CultistHorde OperativeMor'shan Watch Post.  Against more aggressive decks like Demon Hunter and Hunter, I would keep Bola Shot.  Sometimes, I keep Professor Slate only if I also have Bola Shot.  This helps clear the board on turn 5 or later.  Rinling's Rifle is good to keep and set up Pack Tactics, Snake Trap, or Open the Cages for late game.

For the early game, you would want to set up Far Watch Post, Death's Head Cultist, and Mor'shan Watch Post to deal with early aggression from Demon Hunters, Hunters, and Rogues.  This also diverts Mage spells toward those minions too.

During the mid-game, cards that you should be looking to play are Taelan FordringTeacher's Pet, Claw Machine, and Maxima Blastenheimer.  This time is used to develop the late game.  For the most part, you want your opponent to be busy dealing with your minions while you are setting up a stronger board later.

The late game is where it all happens.  It is pretty much about summoning between 2-4 minions a turn and overwhelming your opponent until they run out of options to deal with your minions.  Your Taelan Fordring should draw, for the most part, Primordial Protector or Alexstrasza the Life-Binder.  Primordial Protector leads to a free 8/10 cost minion.  Alexstrasza the Life-Binder for free 8 damage to the face.  Kargal Battlescar free 2-3 minions (also counts if you summon a watch post through Pack Tactics).  Jewel of N'Zoth, usually free taunt minions.  Nagrand Slam which hopefully slams into your opponent's face.
