Some tips if you decide to run C'Thun, the Shattered in this deck:

Don't play Maw of C'Thun while Archmage Vargoth is on the field (especially while there are lots of him).

Try not to keep/play Body of C'Thun. Sphere of Sapience is doing a great job doing so. 

Keep in mind that it's probably more competitive to replace C'thun with something like Psychic Scream, Holy Smite or any other control card.
