Its a modified version of Rarran's Libram Control Paladin.

Not doing too bad right now. SHV isn't actually too bad and the eggs are really good - lots of ways to buff them and prefer them over the watch posts, they help you play around AOE better.

Still needs a bit of tinkering so ill keep the list updated and I'll get some stats up once I have a larger sample size of data. Currently 6-1 with this list - only defeat coming to a warlock.
