Definitely watch the video before you play this deck.  Knowing when and when not to play Celestial Alignment is important to getting your best results with it.  I've got a 60% winrate over 30 games and feel like I'm still learning how to play it against the meta.  A few tips...

• Try to play Primordial Protector and Survival of the Fittest before you play Celestial Alignment.
• Your chance of winning approaches 80% on the games you play Survival of the Fittest, so it's usually your primary objective and Celestial Alignment is only about getting mana/minion-value advantage over your opponent.
• Playing Nourish for mana after Celestial Alignment can really boost that advantage. as you get to use the 2 mana immediately.
• Primordial Protector or Malygos the Spellweaver can help you get Survival of the Fittest into your hand without waiting for RNG draw.
• Don't bother playing Primordial Protector after you've played Celestial Alignment.  All spells cost 1 after that.  Similarly, Innervate and Coin are only really useful before Celestial Alignment is played.
• Ideally, you'd like to have one or both Carnival Clowns in your hand before playing Survival of the Fittest, but it's not a terrible card without it (e.g. you get three 8/8s with taunt).

edit: tried the deck. the answer is: we don't. we die to aggro meta in turn 5. beautiful deck tho.
