I must be the one unlucky person with this deck because mages and every other class just eat me alive.

Maybe it's bad draws, maybe I just don't know how to keep up with the meta anymore but I'm not seeing any damage output.  Minions are too small to ever be a threat, nothing stays on board and mages still need only one lucky RNG draw from Lunacy to completely snuff out any threat.

Yeah same here, and even when I get ahead on board I just run out off things to play and the opponent easily catches up.

Yeah I'm starting to believe mage players just create these decks as bait. There is no way this is consistent against mages

Any suggestions on alternatives to a Rinling's Rifle?

Another Piercing Shot or Knife Vendor should be fine!

Currently 6-1
4 out of 4 against mages, 1 out of 2 against paladins won. The one loss also was a very close last second turn around.
This deck has an insane speed and grants more than a fair chance to all those mage and pally annoyed souls out there.

Ran similar list when i had quest to play games as Hunter, also had good wr against mages.

I never like to play the deck everyone is playing(mage, paladin currently). I tried super hard to make warrior work. It was ok vs most class but mage kept pushing me back. I was 1 star from legend but dropped quite a bit facing 5-6 mage in a row. Came here, decided to try your anti mage hunter deck and went 9-1 but faced mostly paladin, only 2 mage for some reason but beat all of them, only lost to a warlock wich I expected since they can heal alot. Anyway thanks for the deck ! I would normally hate it cause face hunter isn't my favorite to play as or against  but in these mage pally times, it's a god send !

Quick question. Why Sunnscale Raptor? for the stickiness? The frenzy doesn't seem that much helpful in this deck, really low chance of redrawing it until you are either winning or dying, isn't it?

You're right, we rarely take advantage of the Frenzy. We more so use him as a 1 mana 1/3 for premium stats so we can use Adorable Infestation, Demon Companion buffs, early trades, etc and snowball from there. Games are usually over so quickly we wont see the shuffled raptor in most cases.

Nice deck - I was running face hunter a lot before Barrens and don't mind running it again. 

Seem to be running on mages suddenly tho...

I did have Voracious Reader in an earlier build but was just too slow and too much of a loss of tempo when played. We have enough efficient card draw through Quick Shot, Tracking, Warsong Wrangler, etc that we can keep the damage up while also drawing!

Cool deck. I mean I think you went on a really good run to legend though because there should be some percentage of mage games (probably around 10 - 15% or so) where they kill you on turn 4 or 5 and there is no counterplay. There is another probably 5 - 10% of games where they kill you on turn 7. So if you dodge those 25% of games I can see how you can have that run. Realistically, it's probably closer to 70/30 in favour of face hunter but it could be much lower if you played against a high legend player since what they would probably do is not play minions into rhino, saving them taking a lot of face damage.

Yep, you're definitely right! Partial luck and it helps that I made the deck and played many games with other versions so I know the nuances inside and out as well. The game I did lose, they used Tidal Wave into Tidal Wave into Siphon Soul into Siphon Soul lmao. So ya, sometimes they just out RNG you no matter what! Overall, across 1000+ games on HSreplay now, the deck has a 65% WR vs Mage which is a closer representation of the matchup. And so far, this list is the best list to beat both Mages and Paladins!

This deck is the nuts  played for 30 minutes 4-0 against mage 2-0 against paladin 100% win rate so far
