Jaina is the Frost Queen, right ?

/!\ Disclaimer /!\ : Don't expect to climb the ladder with this, it's just a cool deck which will make you think a lot !

Why would you think while playing this ? Because you always have to choose : do I draw or do I stall the board ? Do I stall the board now or can I take those damage so I should wait for a turn ? Do I have enough room for cards in my hand ? This is basically what a game of Freeze mage looks like.

How do I play this :

Basically there are two steps while playing this deck : First one is a clever mix of drawing and stalling, second one is the BOOM ! Experience will teach you ! Or I could (at least give you some advices) if you ask me to !

THE BOOM : Archmage Antonidas --> 2*Mana Biscuit --> 2*Sorcerer's Apprentice --> 2*Molten Reflection --> As Many as you want*Fireball

So... Whats new ?

Antonidas OTK has existed for a long time now, so what's new ? A lot of stuff actually !
(Another disclaimer : I include into "new", some cards from the recent previous expensions, cause I was on a break for like a year at this moment, so they are new for me ! And I haven't seen them appear in such mage deck, so be nice and just act like they're all pretty new ! TY)

- Sphere of Sapience : Just a great tool for combo deck, especially in the late game when you're looking for your last combo piece, and not that freaking blizzard which would have been useful 6 turns earlier !

- Ancient Mysteries over Mad Scientist ???? : The difference between those two cards is subtle imo. Why would I prefer the first one though ? First, because of the new card Refreshing Spring Water. Here we replace two minions by two spells which have the same effect. Second, it's actually good sometime to have a 0 Mana secret in your hand and to be able to play it when the time is right, especially Flame Ward, instead of randomly putting it into play when your opponent has just a 1/1 on board. Only downside of this choice is that you won't have an early 2/2 helping you clearing the board in the firsts turns.

Conjure Mana Biscuit, and wait ... No Emperor Thaurissan ? You mad ??? : Yeah, we replace the effect of one card, by two ... not great... BUUUUT, those are two spells (remember Refreshing Spring Water ?). Plus, I several times have found myself stucked with thaurissan in hand for the 10 first turns, and then not having time to play it (it has to hit 4 of the 5 combo pieces to work). So yeah, being able to play your end game reduction on turn 2 or in the mid game in association with some freeze, is actually good in some circumstances !

Cone of Cold : A card that I've always loved, but which was too hard to play because it was too expensive... Now it's cost has been reduced to 3 mana, the time has come to use not just to see some titties (yeah watch the artwork closely) !

Refreshing Spring Water : 22/30 cards in the deck are spells and ... OOOh and I've said enough about you, GET OUT !

Varden Dawngrasp : Well... is it really necessary that I explain why I introduced her in here (insta golden craft for me btw :D) ?

And there you have it, a perfectly non-competitive freeze mage, using all of the possible AOE freeze effect of the game ... My dream has come to reality !!!!

Ps : I'm exaggerating so deck is not that bad... It just can't win against secret mage, is vulnerable to every reno deck cause of that pesky rat, and every deck trying to counter secret mage with anti-secret tech (eater of secret, Kezan, Flare) is actually hard countering you... Sad but true... This is called collateral damage ... I guess ...
