Soooo, a lot of this strategy is bad, and with new cards and the brand spanking new quest rogue, this is not viable, by any means whatsoever. However... It brought me to diamond 2 this month fell stagnant at diamond 5 and here's why.

EARLY GAME: The goal is to get our Mad scientist, it draws a card from our deck so we can get a secret, cheat mana, and not find it on our tortilla pilgrim play... very nice. We got our boys babbling book and wand thief and trick totem for some early game random spells to help us deal with shit since we lack any early spells. Doomsayer and armor vendor out here helping us survive too.

MID GAME: By far the weakest part of the deck is the midgame, we have strong 5's but we kind of need to be in control of the board for them to work. So we have to rely on discovering something from our random spells or just try to survive with circus amalgam and fishy flyer. The dream is to play Escaped Manasaber on turn 4 and wait for the Luna turn or the Torty turn.

LATE GAME: NOW HERE WE GO, THIS IS WHEN WE MAKE THE COMEBACK, Play lunas pocket galaxy (somehow) and then play our big draw, The CURATOR, and get our Kalecgos or Alex. play the N'zoth, get these minions back, broom, good fun.

The win condition is usually just trying to stick a big board play Alexstraza or zeph bloodlust or whatever and then win. It's really really fun because we have ways of dealing with the early game and 80% of the time we get to play some fun cards. Even when I lose this deck is fun. I have become addicted to this deck.

The deck itself has gone through A BUNCH OF CHANGES. It used to have a potion of illusion, but it's way. too greedy now and is better used as a slot for the blizzard. Sathrovar used to be run and it DOES win some games by getting another Alexstraza or a bunch of Renos and then just outlasting the opponent, no to mention the 5/5 body for N'zoth. But it's too greedy. and was replaced by a glacial shard.

Against big priests, you always want to look for Keywarden Ivory or Arcane Keysmith since they can find you devolving missiles or the sheep secret respectively.

I suck at deck building and if you read this far I'd love to hear any recommendations or you're own takes on the reno mage archetype!

sidenote: I'm f2p btw so stuff like dragonqueen alexstraza should be in the deck but isn't, along with the mage malygos card, lots of lost potential there.
