Hi everyone! Since Call to Arms was unnerfed, I decided to try it out in an OTK Paladin deck. This is a meme deck, so please CRAFT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
This is similar to my old version...you use Call to Arms along with Solemn Vigil (hopefully w/ a discount) to draw through your deck. You run Blackwald Pixie because Call to Arms doesn't recruit him. Because he costs 3 mana, you have to run Emperor Thaurissan to get one tick off him. (The 2nd Blackwald Pixie is there in case you lose the first one, or to help get a 2nd different horseman to your hand.)
Then you play Uther of the Ebon Blade. Bounce 2 different horseman to your hand with Zola the Gorgon and Ancient Brewmaster. For the final turn, play both horseman from your hand, then HP, play the 2-mana Blackwald Pixie, and HP again for the win.
An Alternate version (this may sound crazy) would be to take out a Flash of Light and a 2-mana (like Dirty Rat) and add Redscale Dragontamer and Nozdormu the Timeless. Nozdormu the Timeless is situational like Dirty Rat, but sometimes it can work very well. The idea is you play it on turn 7 or so to play Uther of the Ebon Blade a turn early.
Other versions I've made don't use Call to Arms, so they can use cards like Garrison Commander and Youthful Brewmaster. Then you can also run Crystology and Tour Guide. I'm working on this one as well.
The last version runs Auctionmaster Beardo. You also run either quest and 2 Licensed Adventurers to gain two coins. You generate coins to pull off the combo one turn after you play Uther of the Ebon Blade. This way you don't have to bounce any horseman back to your hand. Though it's faster, I haven't had as much luck with this version yet. Plus, it can be countered with cards like Loatheb.
I'll update this one and add others if I get some decent results. Low sample size so far. Good Luck!!
