octo reduces cost by 2 can be more with step
so you can go scabs for 2(2) into alex for 4(6) potion for 0(6) then scabs for 1(7) alex for 0(7) potion again for 0(7) scabs into alex alex for 1(8)
8 mana 32 damage
so many op discounts
Good good, what do u think about add to this deck Tenwu of the Red Smoke? Imo he will add more dmg from alex, and his battlecry triggered effect Field Contact.
Full combo (32 damage) needs an empty board: (1) Scabbs (2) Alex ((Potion)) (3) Scabbs (4) Alex ((Potion)) (5) Scabbs (6) Alex (7) Alex.
Maybe you can add him as a combo piece like this: (1) Scabbs (2) Alex ((Potion)) (3) Scabbs (4) Alex (5) Tenwu (6) Alex. You'll deal 8 less damage but you won't need to use a second potion, 24 damage is probably enough OTK damage as well.
In my opinion, Tenwu could fit in this deck, but not as a key card to do it. He is a useful tempo card that can help you to draw faster or get more discounts easily.
You play tenwu before potion and then you can play him an extra time with potion which is also 32 damage
Really fun and neat idea.
I woul probably play a more tempo version, just like old miracle, first gameplan is to out tempo, if it doesn't work pull off the combo.
Don't think taelan is good here, i would put more one drop like swashbuggler for the ultimate turn with field contact, also give u something to do with some card generation.
This is wat i came up with https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1381635-turn-3-draw-your-deck
Thanks for the ideas mate, just saw your deck seems pretty good. I agree with you about taelan after thinking about it.
Not sure about running too much card generation since i'm concerned about hand space, will have to see how it plays out. wand thief was in my original deck so I think I might add it back.
