Greed is fun
Thank you for this achievement. All runs using your deck
First of all, I love Druid in general, so this is already cool to me. Second, I made this deck with a handful of changes to suit my play style a bit more and it's super fun! I won two matches against Control Warlocks today with it in D5, and that was very satisfying. I think this deck has a lot of value vs. Control, so that's a win. I actually haven't faced any aggro decks with it yet, though, so I'm anxious to see how it fares... It seems to ramp really easily and quickly, and Resizing Pouch is just a godsend on any turn, so I *think* it can hold its own. Notably, I got Silas Darkmoon from Resizing Pouch during a match against a Warlock who only had Envoy Rustwix, so that was pretty lucky. Made me wonder if Silas could have a place in this deck if you face a lot of Paladins/Warlocks.
All in all, awesome deck, man! Super fun to play.
* just of note, what I took out - Both Guardian Animals and Lake Thresher (I just don't like this card in general), but kept the Twilight Runners for the card draw and N'Zoth synergy. I added Wrath and Lunar Eclipse for some early-game removal, and that's been working really well. I also added Fizzy Elemental because I think it's a fun card, and also works really well on a N'Zoth turn. I also just like any excuse to use it.
Instead of Resizing pouch you can use that new 1 mana pick two spells card.
Fun deck but its way too slow against aggro DH, Hunter, Rogue and Warlock. I played 10 games in legendary against Diamond 1-3 and i lost after turn 6 almost always.
so I realize there's meming going on here, but a few quick and easy changes make this deck a LOT more competitive. You can take legit wins with this deck quite a bit with a couple little differences such as:
get ride of Dreaming Drakes, Resizing Pouch, and maybe Cenarion Ward. That's six openings.
Replace with Lunar Eclipse x2, 1 Carnival Clown, 1 Claw Machine, and 2 of whatever you want that contributes to the theme. Could go Scrapyard Colossus for elemental and Clown Corrupt. Could go . . . uh, whatever the 4/3 rush murloc that gives a 4/3 ghost murloc in hand is. Actually, just 2 clowns and 2 colossus is probably good. Darkmoon Rabbit isn't even out of the question, honestly.
That will up the power here a lot without discouraging the memes.
Without Dreaming Drakes Breath of Dreams becomes much weaker. Resizing Pouch is solely in the deck to make Yogg active faster due to low spell number in the deck and the fact the only spell I really want are more Blooms or Innervates. Ward is here for armor gain and another Strongman and Anubisath activator as Overflow is too clunky for the deck. I often had too many cards in hand and risk overdrawing. I think clowns are too slow for the deck, but Claw Machine, Colossus are ok options to feed Nzoth further.
Nothing is too slow when you already have 4 10 drops in the deck. Might as well make it more late game heavy as it probably lose to control warrior.
fun deck. if you manage to get ahead in a game its lights out > overkill for sure... im trying to figure out how to make it a bit quicker and consistant.
