One of the decks that helped me to do top100 in the EU was the "Ramp Paladin"

in my version i play x1Circus Amalgam and not x2 to have more chances to draw Nozdormu the Timeless but at the same time at least 1 to have a taunt with Tip the Scales.

One of the problems with the ramp shovel is that if it doesn't find Nozdormu the Timeless it has a hard time getting to turn 10 ... for this i play Hammer of the Naaru  that can help you get to turn 10 and also the taunt is elemental and is summoned by N'Zoth, God of the Deep .
i play Strongman which is perfect in this deck
