First of all, its not my creation, I saw some streamer watching Hunterace play this.

This is the new meta breaker that will define the meta until rotation. The deck has it all: defence, great swings, mana cheat and lots ant lots of value.

Goal of the deck:

The main goal is to cheat out Tip the Scales by turn 5. This spell summons all your "bad" cards in 1 turn to make your future topdecks good. Also, 6-7 murlocs that clears whatever opponent has and threatening him next turn is no joke.

You have 3 ways to cheat it out, making it super-consistent:
     1. 2x Redscale Dragontamer gets you nozdormu if you have Tip the Scales in hand
      2. Drawing Nozdormu himself
      3. High Abbess Alura with coin or spell from Wandmaker

 After you play Tip the Scale, you just play "usual" gameplay with corrupted minions, clowns etc.

Mulligan: 

Always keep Redscale Dragontamer , Nozdormu, High Abbess Alura with wandmaker or coin. Keep Tip the Scales if you have either Noz or Redscale Dragontamer. 
Important: its awkward, but you DO NOT KEEP anything else, including 1 mana cards.

Replacements:

 I have tested 2x Broomstick instead of armor vendors and Lord Barov instead of Libram weapon. It has been ok in mirror matchups, but I feel that in agro matchups its worse. You often skip turn 1 even if you have broomstick in hand, while with armor vendor you play it, having a solid starting board.

The best replacement is to add Sphere of Sapience instead of Libram. It adds more consistency to your draws.
