This is my Tickatus deck I know there is alot of Tickatus deck but my thougts with this deck is to only have Y'Shaarj, the Defiler as a none-demon minion to have maximum chance to draw 2 demons with -2 mana from Free Admission and hope one of those cards will be Tickatus.
Except Y'Shaarj, the Defiler I also have Sphere of Sapience and C'Thun, the Shattered as the only neutral cards. Think C'Thun, the Shattered the spell card is enough to have on 5 mana cost in the deck thats why I have Siegebreaker in the deck instead of Void Drinker. 5 mana cost card can be used at turn 5 to make Cascading Disaster Corrupt one time. Siegebreaker is my deck only card at 7 mana and without getting Tickatus from Free Admission the lowest mana cost card that will corrupt Tickatus.
I have all 6 cards that produce Soul Fragment. Soul Fragment have 2 reason to be in the deck, when drawn they will give 2 life then draw a new card for free that mean 2 cards less to draw to solve the quest Supreme Archaeology.
I swaped 2 Mortal Coil with 2 Felosophy. There is only 2 other minions at 6 mana (Aranasi Broodmother) and 2 Spirit Jailer at only 1 mana so Spirit Jailer will be easy to get rid of to make a copy of Tickatus with Felosophy.
I swaped 2 Raise Dead with 2 Hysteria to gain more clear bord cards in deck, instead of getting additional copy of Tickatus I think if I play 3 Tickatus mostly of the times it is the opponents entirely deck that will be destroyed so extended copies will only become 8/8 minions on the bord, still good thoe, but I think the deck have more problem in early game then in late game so Hysteria is absolutely to prefer then Raise Dead.
Good Luck!
