Hi everyone
I' ve just made this deck for fun, but apparently it's very strong against everything. 5-0 on Legend so far. Definitly my favourite deck this expansion. I will add mulligan guide and some tips if there will be any interest...
edit1:
-Snack Run, +Libram of Wisdom; Snack run is to slow against aggro, it's optional but i think Libram is better and makes Yogg easier to play.
-Aldor Peacekeeper, +Hecklebot; deck's struggling with otk combo decks so maybe Hecklebot will crash their combo.
57% WR on legend so far.
GUIDE:
Mulligan:
Against aggro: keep everything that costs 3 or less (buffs only if you have 1 mana minion), If you have something cheap, then keep Conesecration [/card]. Don't keep [card]Nozari. You won't make it if you have 1 card less.
Against control:Keep everything that costs 3 or less without Animated Broomstick and Lord Barov. You can also keep High Abbes Alura and Silas Darkmoon.
Sir Finley of the Sands hero powers:
The best one is definitely mage's one. It's good against aggro and control.
Aggro: 1.Mage 2.Priest 3.Warrior 4.Druid. 5.Shaman 6.Paladin. 7.Rogue 8.Warlock. 9. DH. 10. Hunter.
Of course if you have less than 15 healh then forget about mage's.
Conrol: 1.Mage 2.Warlock 3.Paladin 4.Druid 5.Warrior 6.Rogue 7.Shaman 8.Priest 9.Hunter 10. DH
It might depend on situation so don't stick with it. Just suggest yourself by this.
Some tips for specific matchups:
- E.T.C Warrior: Try to kill him until turn ±10. If you're not able to do this then try to find armor hero power from finley and up your health as high as it possible (he can deal 42 dmg with combo). Then just be patient. Keep making C'Thun, the Shattered. If he plays Rattlegore, you must steal it with Silas.
- Control Warlock: We have 4 cards more and he's keep drawing them so take your time. Even with double Tickatus he starts fatigue first. Prepare something on Tickatus (the best is Sillas, cause you can ressurect big demon with N'Zoth), and Y'Shaarj turn.
- Aggro DH/Face Hunter: Just try to keep cleaning table. Keep Lord Barov, Animated Broomstick in mulligan. Try to survive until Nozari or Libram of Hope.
- Evolve Shaman: Try to have prepared some board clear for the evolve turn. Keep control the table and he'll pour out.
Can someone post a video with this deck?
Any subs for Nozari? I have basically every other card.
Deck looks super interesting btw!
Thanks, winning with this deck is more satisfying than any other one, but i must say, is not the easiest to play. I think, the right thing to do is to make the early game as strong as it profitable so probably snack run or maybe pen flinger?
Thoughts on replacing Nzoth with Clowns? You run enough 10 drops to make clowns work for you and will probably be more impactful to board when you play it.
Well, it might be an option, but consider that you can't play those 10 drops whenever you want. Nozari is situacional, mostly in control machups oponent sometimes has less health than us and we don't wanna heal him so our clowns would be blocked and in those machups we lose tempo. Same thing with Yogg. Yogg is great but as a grand finisher when he's our only hope. Besides that we would have to wait for ten spells anyway. I think i don't have to mention C'thun. N'zoth gives as decent predominance and he synergizes with many cards in deck. I think clown is a very good replacement for N'zoth if you don't have it but N'zoth is just easier to play and better.
