Hi guys, Zephyrus1291 here, just a casual D5-D1 / Legend player. Would like to share this bomb warrior deck that I've been enjoying for quite a while and its win rate has been satisfactory at 60.4% (32W 21L). Most games are played through D10 - D5 and I believe it's strong enough to push further up to Legend rank.

The main highlight of this version is the usage of Minefield and Stage Dive, both are powerful cards that ensure the pressure keeps going every turn. Minefield is a versatile card for board clear while Stage Dive is a cheap corrupt card to specifically draw Kargath BladefistDoctor Krastinov, or Kargath Prime.

Strategy

Depending on your matchup, the strategy differs, especially in the early game. The hardest matchup would be against aggro DH. In order to win against aggro DH, mulligan of Sword and BoardMinefieldBladestorm, or Brawl are important. Otherwise, it's almost certain that you will lose. Against aggro decks, prioritize control strategy for early game and try not to take much damage on your face (avoid attacking using your face if possible).

For non-aggro matchups, mulligan for Corsair Cache, Minefield, and EVIL Quartermaster (and Stage Dive if you have any of the three before mulligan). Then focus on dropping as many bombs as possible using the Wrenchcalibur and Hoard Pillager. The deck is more likely to get you on curve in every turn.

Some notable facts on this deck:

  1. Corrupted Stage Dive into Kargath Bladefist or Doctor Krastinov allows better control to deal with up to 6-health minions, such as Aldor Truthseeker or Soulshard Lapidary
  2. Bladestorm can be held to pull a combo with Blastmaster Boom
  3. Keeping Minefield when mulligan is always a good choice.
  4. Playing Kargath Bladefist is better for shuffling Kargath Prime than for tempo so that it could be drawn later using Stage Dive.
  5. In the case of only 1 minion on opponent's board at turn 4, while equipping Wrenchcalibur and having Doctor Krastinov at hand, it's better to hit opponent's face for an upgrade using the doctor on turn 5.
