One of the most successful decks I have created for the Madness at the Darkmoon Faire expansion.

Look to control the early board with the low cost minions and spells, but try and save your Sugar Elementals for turn 6 or 7 to combo with Animated Avalanche or Grand Finale

Don't ever be afraid to use Deck of Lunacy to transform your C'thun spells - C'thun is in the deck to provide extra useful 5-cost spells that can be transformed, and not here as a finisher (though it can be a fall back as one if needed). 8-cost spells ( for 5 mana) are generally better anyway.
