two fully different cards. shekzara basically guarantees your cthun but you need more than one turn to finish him most of the time. togwaggle is 3 mana insane value of your choice most of the time. 

i'd personally go with togwaggle if you have polkelt

I think it can for sure work without them. I've seen some other versions using Swindle or one Preparation, Stowaway seems like a good option as well.

Thinking of switching Cloak of shadows for Stowaway. What do you think?

Stowaway sounds really nice to draw C'Thun cards. I will have to give it a try. However, Cloak of Shadows has saved me several times.
