In this meta with shaman evolve and rogue, do you think Blessing Authority is a must have ?

I think so because Blessing Authority is the card that can make you win in round 5 or 4 with the coin if the opponent has no removal.

And I have a question about Alura : I'm not a big fan of any kind of RNG (maybe because I'm not lucky with it) : is there a viable way to play a pure paladin without her ?

Yes is viable, Alura is a strong card but the deck works even whitout this card

Just wanted to say thanks for the list.  Been playing for three years, and always been dad legend rank, or diamond 5.  Finally since i started during KotFT i made it to legend last night with this list.  Cannot thank you enough for sharing it! YOU ROCK

Hey man I have a 75% winrate with this deck and it got me to Legend it seriously is amazing!!!!

I've been experimenting a lot with pure paladin lately and so far the best results I've gotten were with the "dude package". Basically I don't play Argent Braggart, Goody Two-Shields, only 1 Libram of Wisdom, only 1 Libram of Hope, no First Day of School, and then add the silver hand recruit synergy cards. Also moved away from High Abbess Aluraand Lightforged Zealot(so only pure for yrel and the 7 mana lightforged value) in order to increase draw capabilities of the deck, and added Sandwasp Queen and Salhet's Pride. The list ended up orienting towards a more agressive deck, that can handle slow games if presented. Idk if this is the best approach but I feel anyone wanting to experiment with the new dude cards should try it.

9/3 so far and fun to play so good job :)

but i must admit that i am struggling against ramp druid 

Nice!! ;) Ramp Druid is really strong deck. If you have the early game, keep in the mulligan Blessing of Authority. If you make it in turn 4 with the coin or in turn 5 the Druid can't do anything ( except highroll).

Hey, just wanted to thank you because i reached legend with your list (have reached several times but this month i struggled, i tried dude paladin/cthun pala but was stacked in rank 1 for many games).

I only cut 1crusader and 1 authority for 2 Braggarts.

I found that carousel gryphon was pretty underwhelming but kept him anyway. 

Goddy two shields is amust have, you must be crazy not to put 2 of these in your deck

I don't think we need those +8/+8 for 5-mana to win games.

If we stick a good board or even pair the board with the opponent (with Braggart) might be better.
