So after i made it to legend with my own Highlander Hunter last month (https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1365397-legendary-zuljin), i decided to try it with an own version of a Highlander Priest.

Since i like Dragons and i also like to steal things from my enemy, i decided to built a deck around these 2 themes, instead of just copying a Raza Netdeck.

After i climbed pretty quick from Bronze to Diamond 5 with a Quest Mage, i switched to my priest. Within 3 days of playing maybe 2-3 hours the day i made it to legend, with a winrate of 67%. Maybe my climb was boosted by mainly meeting quick decks at the end of the season (33% aggro druids, 17% Quest or Secret Mages, 11% Even Shaman, 11 % Odd Paladin). I have pretty much 100% winratio against those. The next most represented deck was the mirror match to Raza Priest with 22%.

I wont make a whole guide on how to play, since its pretty obvious. Instead i just write down cards, which i felt helped me a lot on my way to legend. (of some of them i didnt really think they would)

Really helpful cards:

Cleric of Scales: Its like card draw, except you can chose what is needed

Draconic Studies: Once again, you can chose a dragon that migh help you in a specific matchup. Also it can help to get out a dragon early like Duskbreaker or Twilight Drake

Renew: Very Cheap heal, which lets you discover a situational spell

Sphere of Sapience: Always the best pick for starting hand

Zephrys the Great: Obviously...

Breath of the Infinite: Aggro killer against Odd Pala & Aggro Druid :)

Mindrender Illucia: Great against all Combo decks, epecially Quest Mage and Raza Priest

Brittlebone Destroyer: The idea was to use it with the 0 mana heal after playing Raza the Chained, but even without it it was a great card

Duskbreaker: Aggro killer against Odd Pala & Aggro Druid :)

Kazakus: Obviously...the 1 mana spells seemed to be the way to go against aggressive decks

Twilight Drake: This was the most surprising card of all, it was so usefull..dont ask me why:)

Mass Hysteria: Quiet often a board clear

If you like chosing things, stealing things and Dragons then give it a try and Good Luck :)
