Always wanted to throw C'Thun, Mecha'thun, and Valdris Felgorge together in a quest warlock and finally arrived at a version I like. This is a Tier III deck overall, maybe bottom Tier II, but can be crazy with the right draws. I hit the Mecha'thun combo almost consistently when the opponent has 14 cards left in their deck.
Overall, just have a ton of fun playing this!
Combo is reduce Mecha'thun and Cataclysm to 8 and 2 mana cost, respectively, using Drakkari Enchanter and Emperor Thaurissan. Draw all of your cards from your deck and play Mecha'thun then Cataclysm. Very often, you'll get a 0-cost Mecha'thun or Cataclysm and then don't need to reduce their costs
Secret Hunter
Galakarond Rogue
Sabotage Warlock
Different mechat'chun gameplay. I like it. But what a point to have C'thun who can deal 10/10 or just be dead card all the time?
Cool man glad you're having some fun with it! Overall, the only point of having C'Thun in there is really just for the sake of it being in the same deck with Mecha'thun. Just meme'in it up. Maybe distracts from the opponent thinking your'e running Mecha'thun. I couldn't devote too many resources to the C'Thun, so getting him to at least 10/10 enables Twin Emperor Vek'lor to summon another Emperor. I dont play him often in most matches, but when I do, at 10/10 he serves as a mid-to-late game small-board clear and pressures the opponent, especially if you get him at 0-mana. But Twin Emperor Vek'lor is a pretty decent defense/stall for 7 mana that leaves 3 mana to hero power, or Plot Twist, or buy time for a good Twisting Nether, for example. Or if you get the 0-cost Emperor Thaurissan you could use that 3-mana to lay it and Drakkari Enchanter down :).
If you want my version of this deck with no C'Thun, check this one out. It's not "final" yet, but I like it more than this one; it's more meme-y. Main goal is to use Lorekeeper Polkelt to draw a 0-mana Mecha'thun fairly consistently.
