Simple:  Hard mulligan for Commencement, but you can keep Lay on Hands in the mulligan to dig for Commencement if you don't have a Commencement.  Lay on Hands + Libram of Hope is a keep in the mulligan, too.  Also keep Libram of Hope with a Commencement in the mulligan.

Commencement pulls Auctioneer, heal up as you draw cards.  Don't over damage yourself.  Lightforged Blessing heals a ton.  Be careful not to play into Brawls, etc... hold some plays back for post-clears.  You can always use a dude to buff, too.  Anyway, I'm not sure if this is optimized.  I just threw it together and have won all but one game--when I got no card draw and no Commencement or Libram of Hope over the first 4 turns.

The weapon is in there for a fallback plan, but might could be swapped for Holy Wrath or something.  Good luck!
