Played 25 games on mobile and went 18-7 from Diamond 10 to Diamond 4. Yeah, I know everyone is looking for those Legend decks, but I just thought I'd post this and show that I am on my way. It's a really good deck for those who can't afford the crazy amount of Legendaries that are in all of the other Highlander decks. 

There are definitely some cards that I plan on playing around with. If you notice anything that you think would be better on a budget please let me know.

And no I do not have proof because I play on mobile. Enjoy!

Swapped Imprisoned Vilefiend for Mass Dispel to annoy Paladins. Was never really noticing a difference from Imprisoned Vilefiend.

VS Aggro:

Sphere of Sapience, Cabal Acolyte, Wave of Apathy, Shadow Madness, Breath of the Infinite, Wretched Tutor (if you have coin)

VS Anything Else:

I know the title has budget in it, and it still costs a whole lot. Here are some substitutions that should help a tight budget:

Initiation for Headmaster Kel'Thuzad

Brittlebone Destroyer for Shadow Word: Ruin

Draconic Studies for any of the Dragons I use... you never know, you might get lucky!

I will try to think of more to save some dust. That can save you up to 3350 dust right there.
