Just go face and you'll be fine. From Bronze to Platinum, your winrate will be sublime. So try out this deck, be my partner in crime.
Towards legend and deep into nighttime, this deck will advance fast; like the Greeks in it's might-prime.

Mulligan for 1 Magic Carpet OR 1 Hobgoblin (Preferably Carpet). Otherwise just keep the 1 drop minions. Best mulligan you can get without coin is 2 battlefiend or squire (or 1 of each) and carpet since you most likely will be getting more 1 drops as the match goes on. Don't be afraid to put out a carpet or hobgoblin if it's an empty board on turn 3, since the cost for removal will give you tempo.

With coin - Keep either 1Carpet or 1 Hobgoblin and 1 drops. Wait untill turn 3 and coin out carpet or goblin and a 1 drop (1 attack drop with Hobgoblin obviously).

Other than that your win conditionis to go face as much as possible and go for the 2x metamorphosis with the battlecry from Blackwald Pixie for 8 face damage or use Naga and trade low attack minions into taunt minions if you don't have silence (you can usually clear an entire big minion board with 1 naga plus 6 low cost minions if you cant go face).
