This deck is designed to draw a ton of cards, stall, and optimally combo out on turn 8. Technically the fastest win is turn 6 but that's only on a perfect draw. Yes this is a highlander list that runs a duplicate but that is because you really need to draw into secret passage to win and you have enough draw that it usually isn't an issue to have 1 duplicate card. Reno and Zephyrs are in to give Rogue some much needed survivability and board clears that are normally impossible for Rogue to pull off.
Setup: Any turn before the combo turn use Anka to reduce Mechathun to 1 mana.
Combo: Myra's Unstable Evolution + Mechathun + Broom + Secret Passage then trade the Broom in and then Mechathun for a turn 8 Lethal.
Mulligan: If you see Secret Passage in your Mulligan ALWAYS keep it, because it will enable your Zeph and Reno as well as being a good source of draw if you really need it, since we run 2 you could waste a secret passage but it's not recommended. Another amazing card to keep is Sphere of Sapience, it can help you sift through some of the situational cards like Evasion and Coerce and instead draw combo pieces or more draw. Another amazing card to keep is Polket, Polket is perfect in this deck because it allows you to draw Mechathun, Anka, Myra's and Witchwood Piper which can draw Broom. BUT NEVER CAST POLKET IF YOU HAVEN'T DRAWN SECRET PASSAGE YET, if you do you'll have to get through half your deck before you can win.
The perfect draw: Technically if you draw Mechathun, Preparation, Myra's, Broom, Anka and Secret passage by turn 5 you could win the game turn 6. All you have to do is Anka turn 5 which reduces the cost of Mechathun to 1. Then on turn 6 cast Preparation + Myra's then cast Mechathun + Broom, cast Secret Passage and then trade Broom then Mechathun, that's about the fastest this deck can go without coin.
Hi !
Any replacements for Sphere of sapience and Bloodmage Thalnos ?
Thanks !
I actually have been working on a version of this deck that's more combo focused, try this instead if you're missing some expensive cards but have the combo pieces.

This deck is a ton of fun! Nice work! It feels more consistent than any other version I've made or seen. Once I was going against a priest...he silenced my Doomsayer....eventually he played Wave of Apathy! Thank you sir. Now I can win the game.
Thanks man, good luck on the ladder :).
Ive been running this deck on & off in wild legend . This deck absolutely dumpsters Reno Priest or any late game deck really . Very situational . I play Rogue almost exclusively for climbing , so I run this badboy when I run into too many priests and/or late game meta. Cant climb with it though, does terrible vs. aggro meta. It's meme status, I wouldnt dump precious dust into crafting this (Unless you really love Rogue class like me), but no one ever sees it coming.
Yeah, pretty accurate. I've been able to beat some midrange decks with a good draw but aggro is just to much.
Thanks for playing my deck, I hope it treats you well and you keep playing it, I don't think we can do anything about the losses to hyper aggro since that's kinda just how playing rogue usually goes, but you're free to edit the deck in whatever way you want and try to fix some matchups. Good luck on the ladder.
Hi again, so I've had some time to play it a bit more and I've been winning a lot more. I think I was just rly unlucky with my draws since I couldn't get removals at the right time. Nowadays I'm only struggling with high agro decks but any upper mid or highlander decks are easy wins. Thank you for your answer and your deck!
PS: Do need to stress however, I have not played ranked with this deck.
Hi,
Thank you first of all for the deck. I decided to craft this deck and I'm having some problems right now just heading into it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I don't seem to be able to stall a single game. Which decks is this deck favored against? Could you go into more detail on the mulligan and how to use the 2nd secret passage?
I feel like, compared to other combo decks I've played, this is so extremely situational with the cards you have. Most of the board clear combos I have are too weak at that stage and I just can't limit the dmg coming in. Perhaps adding a vanish might solve the later stage?
Markmckz on youtube has a video of this deck.

well its not exactly the same deck, however the combo remains the same.
Yeah, I'm aware. But no one has a copy right on a hearthstone deck, so I thought I'd make my own version and I did.
First, Thank you for trying my deck. Second stalling on rogue is a very hard thing to do but possible against most non-token based decks. In order to stall with this deck you have to gain tempo by putting out some small minions on board like acolyte of pain, coldlight, novice engineer etc... and using Eviserate, Shiv, Coerce, and Walk The Plank to clear medium to big minions. It is SUPER IMPORANT to draw 1 secret passage out of your deck in order to activate Reno and Zeprhys your main 2 sources of survivability. This deck is SUPER favored against Raza Priest, Odd Warrior, Highlander Mage, and any slow decks. I'd say this deck goes even with most slower Warlocks, Deathrattle Hunter, and more Midrange Style decks. This deck is really unfavored against hyper aggro and token decks, Pirate Warrior, Token Druid, and Kingsbane Rogue.
For mulligans if you ever see a Secret Passage ALWAYS KEEP IT, it's super essential to the deck and combo. But for the matchups I previously described you have to be a little more smart, if it's control like big priest you want to keep a lot of early draw cards like Coldlight, Novice, and Sap to stall. If it's a midrange deck you have to play a bit more tempo based, mulliganing for coerce, walk the plank, and as much draw as you can reasonable keep. Versus Aggro your best bet is to mulligan for reno or zephrys and maybe fan on knives, hopefully can survive for a long enough time to use them effectively and survive till combo turn but often times aggro is just to fast.
Obviously feel free to edit the deck however you want, but adding a Vanish would delay your combo a bit because it would delay your draw from Polket 1 turn considering it's a 6 cost card.
