Hello, my name is Anomaly and I went into wild on my alternate account and found Raza priest upon Raza Priest. The introduction of Mindrender Illucia really killed off decks like Quest mage or Combo druids (that Kaelthas nerf really hurts).
How does this beat Raza Priest?
Well, a card that nobody saw when it was released was Grizzled Wizard. This card into Sir Finley Mrrgglton means you take their hero power for the turn, then swap it to the worst basic hero power offered. And watch them CRY.
Not to mention, this beats Control warrior with Dr. Boom, Mad Genius, Frost Lich Jaina, odd decks with upgraded hero powers, essentially any deck that doesn’t run the starting hero power!
Card Replacements: This deck is very pricey as it has a whopping 15 legendaries. But not to worry, a lot of these aren’t core to the deck.
- Kanrethad Ebonlocke is a really good card in the deck but not needed. The prime is a weaker Bloodreaver Gul'dan. Something like early removal or a Zilliax fits in just fine.
- Prince Taldaram is a pure greed card as I usually copy my deathrattles in the deck for more value. Sometimes copying a Doomguard for 3 more damage is fine as well. Is it needed? Not at all. Now you can add 3 cost cards like a Dark Skies if aggro is an issue but if you want a replacement that is also going to get value,Expired Merchant for an extra 10 drop win-condition is great.
- Fel Lord Betrug plus Plot Twist is again, a greed combo as well as a comeback mechanic because getting this combo off when behind on board causes one of the strongest tempo swings if not the best tempo swing in the game.Despicable Dreadlord or a Crazed Netherwing is a nice replacement.
- Krul the Unshackled, guess what MORE greed lol. Renolock is the epitome of greed in hearthstone and this is a part of it. Being able to summon 3 plus giant demons is a great tempo swing but it can mess up stuff like Voidcaller against aggro if you desperately need it to pull your Voidlord. Swap this out for a Darkbomb.
- Emperor Thaurissan is the last card that can be swapped out, it’s there to provide some mana flexibility. Again, any kind of defensive tool works wonders in this slot.
- The highlander cards are obviously core to the deck as well as Lord Godfrey,Bloodreaver Gul'dan and Skull of the Man'ari.
Mulligan guide at 5 upvotes!
Mulligan:
- Always keep Zephrys the Great,Voidcaller, Skull of the Man'ari
- Against commonly aggressive classes like Warrior, Demon Hunter, Rogue, Paladin, Warlock due to Darkglare Keep Reno Jackson and Defile as well. If these matchups are common, add Dark Skies in place ofPrince Taldaram and things like Darkbomb as well.
- Against Priest,Dirty Rat,Grizzled Wizard,Sir Finley Mrrgglton all the cards to mess up their game plan.

Hope you guys enjoy farming Priests with this deck!
No idea who this person is that got on, downvoted the deck and all my comments good or bad and left (I was replying to a comment, refreshed and saw that outta nowhere). Why are some humans so weird lol!
half of the deck is orange..literally wtf
Welcome to wild. Thanks for the downvote btw.
lol you downvoted me because i said your deck was p2w which is true
EDIT: This was my comment in response to those bots that talk about making money from fraudulent sites. Mods got it removed =)
i find mechatun warlock easier and faster at beating raza priests or any other random control deck. But, I will try this deck, just for the lols
Now with kael nerf you need more mana to pull the combo, so overall mechathun got weaker.
Thanks a lot for answering the query on my behalf, you said exactly what I was going to!
Plus, that deck is really auto-pilot and gets stale after a few games.
Yeah agreed. Hate those kind of self-centered jerks. Don't worry most people are on your side here. I didn't even bother clicking his link. Could tell just by the fact that he needs to self-plug into your thread that his list is trash.
P.S. Nice deck.
Odd warrior mill and outfatigue you thanks to Archivist Elysiana and your quite heavy hand
Priest does whatever he want unless you draw 2 combo cards
Pain warlock / token druid kills you in earlygame
And you dont really have any good early game cards that will help you withstand aggro. Surely you can build board but let's be real - It is too slow to put pressure on control and to slow to outrun aggro decks
I dunno, maybe I'm garbage player but played in 1,5k legend and there it is worthless, won 1 out of 5 games so yeah, I'm prolly disabled
This is a better list: https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1363148-renolock
Against Odd Warrior, apply pressure, don't tap and keep dumping cards, replace their hero power if you can and finish the game with Brann Loatheb into Zola Loatheb into another Loatheb to shut them out.
Against Reno Priest, apply pressure with demons while digging for your Gnomeferatu, Sir Finley Mrrgglton and Grizzled Wizard. Try to rat their Raza right before their turn 5. If they play Polkelt, Gnomeferatu. If they play Anduin, replace their hero power. If they play Illucia, steal their key cards. If you have Brann, Zola, and Gnomeferatu, you could use them together to burn a bunch of their cards. Your goal should be to prevent the combination of Raza and Anduin. Spawn is irrelevant.
Against Darkglare, you're kind of fucked. Stall as long as you can to set up for your big clears while making taunts, but, if they play Loatheb, you're pretty much done.
I assume you're referring to Aggro Druid as I haven't seen a Token Druid in ages. That matchup may be challenging as you will not know the archetype until after the mulligan, but it's a classic game of board control. Just win 4head
No deck beats everything right?
You can pressure the warrior down with wide sticky boards.
If aggro is an issue, add Dark Skies, and Darkbomb reducing greedy options.
Yo you use my 2 card idea then make your own deck without giving some props or credit in your deck description. Would be appreciated if you do.
The combination of Sir Finley and Grizzled Wizard in Renolock is not your innovation, it's been well known for some time. I often play Renolock, am confident in my list, and this guy seems to not be having success with this one, so I linked mine to him. Apologies if you took this to heart.
Don’t use other people’s guides for self-advertisement. That’s pretty low.
1st game vs Quest Antonidas mage - Loss - He completed his quest, played it and i could do shit about it
2nd game vs Token Paladin - Win - Taunts saved me, I have survived with 4HP
3rd game vs Odd Face Hunter - Loss - Killed me in turn 6, no Reno for me I guess
4th game vs Odd DH - Loss - I got "Our enemys will fall" 'd and "Oh I see his weakness" 'd
5th game vs Pain Warlock - Loss - In turn 3 he put on the board 3/4 Dark Glare Flame Imp Why am I even typing this? Just look

So yeah, dont get me wrong guys but these decks are well... It kinda... Doesnt farm Raza in my rank, out of 10 games played by this archetype only once i managed to remove Anduin's HeroPower
Unfortunate to hear that. My rank is 700 legend atm and I'm farming Raza =)
aggro decks are defile, zeph, reno or bust xd
insta concede as soon as i dropped finley, +1.
Isn't it satisfying!?
