Hearthpwn

Hi! I am quite new to heartpwn, so this is my first try in publishing deck.

To start with, deck isn't mine. It's basically tempostorm Control DH list, but i haven't seen it on ladder so I decided to make people play my favourite class in a best way possible. Here i shall start with my stats. I got +4000 legend places while climbing with this very list with absurd 14-1 w/l. (I'm by no means a good player, rank 10k is pretty trashy, so you may not consider my opinion or winrate a good one)

 Now I shall start giving you some basic tips of the deck:

1. Your win conditions:

  a) Magtheridon (against Druid, DH, Hunter is the best way to win the game as they often don't have clear for early 12/12 and are quite board-centric) 

Magtheridon + Shardshatter Mystic is a board clear (that can kill off small deathrattle minions) and 12/12 huge body.

  b) Soulciologist Malicia + clear package (against any tempo/aggro deck is main way to end game like any other control deck)

  c)Marrowslicer + Hoard Pillager + Glaivebound Adept + Soulshard Lapidary + Twin Slice + Chaos Strike + your flexible Hero Power. This deck has over 54 damage just by weapons. So you clear the board and slam face, exactly what bomb warrior does but a bit better i guess.

2. What about new cards? Soul Fragment package is very nice addition as it pretty much excluded use of other DH board clears like Chaos Nova and Immolation Aura and anti-sinergetic Skull of Gul'dan. Manafeeder Panthara and Double Jump are must have draw cards. And here comes the tip for Double Jump - never use it unless you have 3 mana as you won't be able to play outcast of Spectral Sight. 

3. There is also 1 tech slot here. I placed Consume Magic to counter Druid, Paladin and other classes that tend to have buffs or/and taunts.

You can consider including such cards as: 

Zephrys the Great (if you lack damage to kill Warrirors or Priests)

Metamorphosis (is a nice card in general, but it seemed quite out of tempo against current meta)

Star Student Stelina (cool design, and it will fit the deck if there would be more control-oriented decks)

Chaos Nova or Cycle of Hatred (against aggro)

4. If you miss cards here are some cheaper decisions:

Soulciologist Malicia ---------> Cycle of Hatred.

Tbh, this one is not recommended. Malicia is my favourite legendary design-wise and also is the main reason why the deck contains soul fragments along side with Soulsahrd Lapidary and Shardshatter Mystic.

Magtheridon ---------> Warglaives of Azzinoth

Magtheridon is the reason why this deck is called control, so if you are missing him you'd better try out some tempo/mid soul deck. 

This deck has 3 legendaries at most, and does not contain even a single epic so it's fairly cheap and good enough to craft, Though, you'd still better wait for professional opinion of tempostorm experts, who are going to post a new metasnapshot on 26th of august.

5, Mulligans:

Always - Spirit Jailer, Double Jump, any outcast (except for Consume Magic) if it can be activated.

Aggro - Shardshatter Mystic, Soul Shear.

Control - Marrow Slicer, Manafeeder Panthara

Priest, Rogue, Paladin - Consume Magic

Keep Maghteridon if you got Shardshatter Mystic

With Coin you situationally can mulligan Manafeeder Panthara

6. Matchups:

Best (60% or more) - Priest, Any Aggro, Mage

Normal (50-55%) - Druid, Hunter

Mediocre (45-50%) - Paladin 

Worst (less than 45%) - Warrior
