This is a deck I made up and, while it's too early to say that this is strong, it is incredibly fun. I've been on a win streak; first game was against Odd Rogue who eventually couldn't make it past the walls.

This deck is not strictly a libram deck but it has the whole package included, and the new cards from Scholomance Academy bring some new life to some of Paladins old cards and creates some new hard to deal with scenarios. Some notable cards and combos are:

Immortal Prelate is there for some long term value and fun (bonus points if you can copy it)

Primalfin Champion is a good target for any spell as it's a good reload tool.

Zola the Gorgon and Baleful Banker are primarily here for Lynessa Sunsorrow as she racks up ridiculous value over time, and are good back ups against classes with silence or transform effects.

Blessing of Authority is a good control card and if it's paired up with Lightforged Blessing against any aggro player that decides to ignore a minion, it can cause a big setback for them.

Desperate Stand is an old card that didn't perform well during its release, but has crazy value and turn arounds with High Abbess Alura (she gets a new round of spell burst when revived), Libram of Hope & Devout Pupil (reviving cheap and large divine shield & taunt is quite strong), and the earlier mentioned Primalfin Champion for potential multiple reload opportunities.

Finally Gift of Luminance has so many applications available in this deck. It works best with Alura, even when it hits her because of her spell burst; the new 1/1 copy keeps spell burst because the copy is made before the spell resolves.

Educated Elekk is a card that hasn't shown me its true value yet so maybe you can remove it. Zola and Banker could be removed too if it's seen as too greedy, but this deck was made to be fun and an attempt at bringing back Buff Paladin; it just happens to get a good number of wins
