Mulligan: Card draw and Firebrand Astromancer Solarian

Vs Control and big druid: Card draw, cheap freeze Astromancer Solarian Devolving Missiles Mozaki, Master Duelist

Draw a whole bunch. You're trying to keep their board clear or frozen while you're building your hand for the Mozaki drop. Don't be scared to drop Mozaki or Ras Frostwhisper if you can spam next round or it clears their board.

OTKS: Mozaki, Master Duelist followed by 2x Sorcerer's Apprentice and any combination of cheap spells to power up your Arcane Missiles and Frostbolt

Chenvaala and face roll. I've gotten 5 5/5s on the board while still dishing out damage, don't use this card early if you have better alternatives.

In some situations, Mozaki and Ras can each be dropped early to either save yourself from damage or get rid of low HP threats.

Don't be scared to eat some damage if you can set up a good Devolving Missiles or clear in the next turn.

TBH i dont have it, and the only situations where its actually needed is to guarantee Blizzard or Solarium Prime earlier. Blizzards can be used to clear cheap aggro or add an additional stall when you don't have other freezes and Prime is the SOS button. Against most decks Firebrand is adequate for both situations and I've found it to be more effective in most scenarios with a lower mana curve and adding a low cost body with good stats and spellburst.
