The existence of Lightning Bloom really accelerates the burst tempo Overload cards like Squallhunter, Feral Spirit, and Earth Elemental provide. It's best to ramp to these specific cards since you usually won't be doing much the following turn with Overload (2)-(3) from the base card anyways, so why not turn one Feral Spirit?
