Just a quick deck i made, seems like it has good potential as I played with it with success on standard legend rank.

Tactic: Most expensive cards are skulls & slides (both x2) which are THE ONLY outcast cards in the deck. You just wait for Lorekeeper Polkert to pop up, and then you use it while on tour with 5 mana. Then in next tour you get skull with outcast bonus "cost -3", next turn you again draw a skull.

To be able to ensure that all needed cards will appear quickly in your hand, there is Sphere of Sapience and Double Jump.

Use 2x Glide to never run out of cards when you attack strong at the beginning of game or when you have full hand of 0 or 1 cost cards that you all use at once and you need more to the hand. As a bonus - totally mess up whatever the oponent was building up in his hand :) Twice :)
