Libram OTK is already a decent deck in wild, with more "libram" support that Paladin is seeing in this expansion and being able to pull spells out of your deck, it could become top tier in wild.

Final reveal edit:

Tour Guide and First Day of School suddenly allowed this deck to become more flexible.  Quest cards and coins are no longer needed to complete the combo, you can do it completely with some combination of 4 librams and first day of schools, and a tour guide*. You can copy libram once, so you can still use both first day of schools if you have 3 librams available (or save them in case of silence/transformation).  This is great because it means you no longer have to keep your quest in hand and waste a card in your opening hand as well as keep dead coins in your hand. New attack reduction in Wave of Apathy is great for stalling as well and makes hitting a minion with your face a lot less painful. Another nice thing about it is that it can be played alongside Uther of the Ebon Blade.  Sometimes it was hard to find the right time to play Uther, well it becomes much more reasonable turn if you play apathy.

*I'm not sure if you would only run 1 or 2 tour guides since you only need 1.  For now, running 1 since it can be pretty easily drawn out with crystology.
