Worked like a charm.
Keeping a Doomsayer in the mulligan phase saved me a lot though. Stalled the game long enough to actually still have 2 0-cost Construct clears in hand. As the previous comments mention though - Try to do a full mulligan for Alextraza and eventually a Doomsayer though.

Maybe I'm too straightforward, but this deck is simply BS.

Im confused as to the Alexstasza thing. It sets a hero to 15 HP. Obliterate deals its health in damage. If my math is correct 15-8 isn't 0. How exactly is this a win condition. 

Because alextraszras battlecry basically reads; deal 45 damage to the enemy hero, which is a massive win condition.

Worked on first try. Didn't have kalecgos so I threw in amazing reno but didn't need to use him. Just froze and cleared until alextraza. Thanks!

67 tries in, no surviving past turn 7-8, havent even been able to play Alex once

This is not working...

Put in the instructions to keep Alexstrasza in your mulligan. Don't risk it being stolen or brought out from his Deathlord...you don't have that many minions so it is a very real possibility.

This deck is good. 2nd try. He was keeping a pretty good board and I had to use Alexstrasza on myself to not die. Overwhelmed him anyway

Replacement for Kalecgos ?

Haven't thought of replacements...

Astromancer Solarian would be okay, Malygos, Aspect of Magic to try to find some more freeze, The Amazing Reno or Deathwing for the extra board wipe.  I'm sorry that I can not think of a budget replacement.

 Did it first try without alex, just build a board slowly and freeze or clear (had kalecgos on board which helps)

Took me 5 tries, but eventually the cards came up right into my hand.
