Try to get the quest completed as early as possible, you need the value (ideally like, around turn 7ish). Other than that your just trying to wall up and out last.  Zeph can be nice if you have no ramp early, but make sure you your not going to need a twisting nether later on. Mass dispel at 6 can be nice early. Floop is meant for Zoth generally, but theres definitely match ups just getting an extra  defender is all you need to out last. Germ you want on Hadro as much as possible. Rat can combo with seeds and nat, but a lot of the time you need nat for hadro because germ can be slow so keep that in mind. but dont ever hold rat early without nat. Generally your looking for your ramp to start. Surger can be swaped with swipe if you prefer the spell.
