Very draw-dependent (you really need Totemic Reflection) and not very strong, but if some more Totems or support cards are printed in future expansions it could see play
I feel like tomtemic might is a mistake since it's so dead in hand without the right board. Tomtemic surge can be used at least for a trade. Would definitely replace the might though, Bad synergy cards are still bad.
Totemic Might is very useful in one particular scenario. When you play a totem (ideally EVIL Totem) on turn 2 while holding Totemic Reflection in hand. Similar when you get ready to play Splitting Axe next turn (if you already have a couple of totems on the board). You buff your totem(s) then to 4 health so that it/they can survive till your next turn. I almost never use Totemic Surge for trades as the deck doesn't run any big minions and can't afford to trade much, especially totems as the only way to create a big board is to copy them. Totemic Surge is more like a finisher if you are not holding Bloodlust.
In any case the deck is not very good (not at all I'd say) and really needs some more totem support cards to become viable.
