This is not a big meme deck only, as it can actually wins many games as well. Very fun and surprises the opponent.
Mulligan, always look for: Raven Familiar, Starscryer, Escaped Manasaber, Dragoncaster and of course Luna's Pocket Galaxy. The goal is to achieve an early Galaxy. Then make some big board, with the drawing minions.
N'Zoth, the Corruptor is played at the end, and when lucky, and optimized with Chromaggus, may provide 2 of them. There are some healing with Rotten Applebaum and Alexstrasza.
Frost Lich Jaina is also strong for life gaining with Scrapyard Colossus, and in late game to make some value. When the deck is milled which occurs often.

Big Reno Dragoncaster Galaxy Mage and Big Mage Reno Galaxy. There are lots of card ideas in these lists to adapt this deck.

Khartut > Applebeaum
Chromaggus, Oracle, Promoter and Curator seem so odd. Your only spell is galaxy which means the deck is useless at board clearing for a control deck, I'd switch them out for typical blizzard/flamestrikes. It also makes 3 of the 4 familiars and starscryers useless cards. If you're not going to run board clears I'd remove those. There is also no way to take advantage of chromaggus as there is no way to draw anything besides galaxy on the same turn that you play him. Cards like malygos (5 drop one), puzzle box, siamat, sludge belcher, arcane breath, imprisoned observer etc all seem like stronger picks.

Posted Jun 3, 2020 (Second DH Nerfs)I understand your points. However, if you are looking for optimized deck versions, you should look into the meta websites instead. This kind of deck: https://www.vicioussyndicate.com/decks/hijos-reno-galaxy-mage/ is a top tier version of the Galaxy Mage.
My deck is an original fun one. Regarding some cards, Kharkut is too expensive because you often want to play the Galaxy on turn 6. So before I prefere to have tempo turns, and the Appelbaum is fine here. The extra Familiars and Starscryers fill the board in the early turns.
There is some drawing is the deck for Chromaggus.
With him and Oracle, or Promoter you draw 4. Curator up to 6. And at 1 mana you can play a lot of cards direclty. Stargazer is insane with a full 1 mana deck.
Finally, with Isera and LK, the hand may be full. So Dragoncaster can play spell from Ysera, LK and Fretree for free.
