This is my final version of the deck with whome i got in the legend last month. I took legend again today (1259 rank), after few hours of playing. I didn't want to take legend, i just farmed gold for pack. I guess i don't mind it 🤷♂️
Few changes i made where - Maev / + Rat and - Lightbomb / + Soul Mirror. I tried other versions of the deck, like Dragon version and i dislike it a lot. It just feels awkward to play with it. Spell version of the deck is far better. Last night i managed to defeat Odd Warrior with 30 Hp and 50+ armor. With 2x Seance (one from Shadow vision) and 1 Spawn of Shadows In few turns you will melt warrior without a problem.
Few troublesome matchups are:
Quest Mage (100% lose), with Reno version you have a chance with good draw.
Druids can be troublesome if they pull armor combo, same with Mec'thun Warlock. You can run Gesit for both of them instead of Rat or Excavated Evil. I didn't face many Druids and Rat is good enough tech for Warlock, so i used him.
Other matchups depend mainly on your gameplay.
When it comes to mulligan strategy, i usually go by the feeling. Usually always keep Kazakus in opening hand.
Against control decks mulligan for combo cards (Raza, DK and Spawn od Shadows).
Against aggro heals and boardclears.

Posted May 22, 2020 (Second DH Nerfs)Soul Mirror is far better because of N'zoth and DK Guldan. Light bomb won't help you much in that situation and ranked is flooded with Cubelocks. Ofc if you don't have it, you can use light bomb. However your percentage winrate will drop a bit.

Posted May 22, 2020 (Second DH Nerfs)He is not necessary. In order to kill one 30 hp player, you need 5 cards.
5 x (2 + 4) = 30
Where Spawn of Shadows is one of them. So you have basically 6 mana to make combo.
You need to take in consideration Alexstrasza and Zephrys.
Alexstrasza gives you two 0 mana cost dragons, which are usually fuel for your combo.
While Zephrys, if you play him last in the combo, he will always give you at least one card based on how much mana you have left. If you have 0, he will give you moonfire, backstab or power world shield.
Nearly half of a deck are 2 drops, so you can go:
Spawn of Shadows + 2x random 2 cost cards + Zephrys + zero cost card he gave you.

I wasn't forced in many occasions to search for 0 cost card from Zephrys, with whome i would close the game. However in those in which i did play him, i remember vividly that he gave me zero cost cards. As well as one cost card (if i instead of one 2 mana cost piece, used 1 mana cost piece).
I saw many people complain about Zephrys and his shity rewards in last few patches and it happened with me several times, that i don't get cards i wanted.
