The deck is very simple:
Use Gadgetzan Auctioneer with all of the 0 cost cards like Innervate, Moonfire, and Pounce to cycle through your deck. I recommend you wait until you have 7 mana crystals before you cycle so that cards like Ironbark and Bogbeam will also cost zero. If you have at least 1 Naturalize in hand, you can also play Emperor Thaurissan to discount your other spells.
The next step is to discount your Naturalize, the only way to discount your cards is with Emperor Thaurissan which you can play as long as you have at least one Naturalize in hand.
After you have at least one Naturalize discounted, play Elise the Enlightened to copy both Naturalizes so that you now have 4 in hand.
From there, draw cards until your deck is empty.
Once all your cards are gone and you've got all 4 Naturalizes, your ready to do the combo:
Play King Togwaggle with an empty deck and your 4 Naturalizes. This will force your opponent to draw 8 cards with an empty deck, making them take 36 damage.
[TIPS] I recommend you hard mulligan for Gadgetzan Auctioneer or some sort of drawing card because if you are unable to draw a Gadgetzan Auctioneer early, your odds of winning become very slim.
[DISCLAIMER] Depending on how many minions are in play, you may not have enough Naturalize targets to deal enough damage to your opponent.
Fun deck, but doesn't handle well against any deck with enough armor gain on top of bad times with aggro. I've been testing out swapping Togwaggle and Elize with Thalnos and Mecha'thun, and it's worked pretty well so far. Makes the endgame a little more tricky, but more consistent against control decks.
Im having fun with this deck, thank you for that. But i have to ask why didnt you include Wrath?
Maybe replace Lesser Jasper Spellstone, i found that card least usefull and, like someone already said, if you dont draw Gadgetzan Auctioneer you probably lost, and Wrath can help you with that plus its removal.

If you don't have Gadgetzan Auctioneer on 6-7 mana = concede.
Bad deck
What about adding Floop to the deck for a 2nd Togwaggle if there arent enough naturalize targets the first time?
