I reached D4 playing couple of games every day.

Threw out Finja and second tip the scales. Added Dr boom and tirion. Helped a lot late game!

I Use this Deck for 1 week and played about over 120 games and doesnt came close to D1 once D2 with 2 Stars. For me it is to much luck do you need, often you dont have a chance again warlock and there are many warlocks.

Gratulations
But how? i played this over 100 games didnt came close to D2 or D1. 

How important is weapon? Can I replace it with another Coldlight Seer?

Coldlightseer or Hydrologist should work well

Make that another Legend!

I just returned from a hiatus that spanned years so I didn't have Scalelord, so I put an extra coldseer in. This allowed me to fly straight to Plat. Then came a time when it just wasn't efficient to have 2 coldseers in, so I came back to this post and saw that somebody put Hydrologists in, which worked out very well in the long run. This pushed me up to Diamond 5 and after a few days of struggling between D5-D2, reached Legend today. Thanks for the deck!

Two! Helped me survive against aggro when I had terrible starts.

So you removed  Coldseer and just added two Hydrologists ( one for coldseer and for Scalelord).... Coldseer has saved me so many times...I would never take it out. Scalelord is awesome vs mages ( those secrets can be annoying as hell. Glad that few changes did push you till Legends! Ill see you around :)  I Will try this variation as well. See how it goes! :)

Yup that's correct!

I had a surprisingly high win rate against Mages without Coldseer! During my D5 > Legend run I won 9/10 matches against em without coldseer. Maybe I just got lucky? Either way, seeing a Mage during that run definitely relaxed me a bit with that stat haha.

Make it 10 Legends now.  36-17 for a 68% win rate.  Initially subbed out Tarim for a Coldlight Seer.  Then at about Diamond 2, took out the Coldlight Seer and Finja for 2 Hydrologists.  Hydrologist won me my game to get to legend by giving me a Humility that hit a Linecracker so the Druid couldn't get the combo off.
