how do you win with this deck?
Disclamer: this is my alt account. I'm playing Wild platinum 10
Incanter's Flow is the MVP here (since it's mainly already-low-cost spells) you should always muligan for it, and removal if you sense aggro.
You draw your all your deck with Arcane Intellect, Research Project, Coldlight Oracle and the other draw (and you can mill your opponent in the way).
You control the opponent board with freeze, Doomsayer and of course Ice Block
Then you go all spell to the opponent face (with all the mana reductions). Which depending of the game can range between 25 to 35 dmg sometimes even more and that is enough.
Magic Trick and Primordial Glyph for extra burn/draw/freeze/block (plus you can read the situation).

Removing the 2 magic tricks, and the freezing potion for 2 cosmic anomaly, and a blizzard should add a lot more lethality to your hand when going vs a healing or armor class.
Blizzard cost is way too high, with this deck you should have drawn your deck by T10 and a 6-mana card is way too hard to use (even if it is hit by Incanter's Flow twice).
Magic Trick is definitely a strong card in this deck (not an essential one I agree). But given the discover effect + only limiting to card with a cost less than 3 allows you to find just the right burn, draw or yet another Ice Block.
Freezing Potion is definitely a flexible spot I experimented also with Ray of Frost.
Healing class are not an issue imo since the goal is to go all spells at once (I have a decent win rate against Highlander Priest). Armor class are an issue that's for sure and good idea for Cosmic Anomaly, but i would only put a one of.

The big counters to this deck are:
- armor classes (mainly the new 1-mana Druid and more rarely Control Warrior).
- secrets removers and especially Zephyr that can discover one is an issue.
- enemy's Ice Block
