Rotwing is probably the easiest Heroic boss in all Hearthstone adventures, as his hero power triggers both players' deathrattles and you as his opponent therefore can use any minions summoned immediately, while Rotwing himself needs to wait a turn.

Anyway, this is easy peasy. Mulligan for Nerubian Egg, play it on turn 2 and then start to take care of his minions on turn 3. In the beginning of the game, taking care of his deathrattle minions is more important than going face. When you have board control, go face at leisure.

Selfless Hero, Spawn of N'Zoth and Val'anyr are also good keeps, but Nerubian Egg is priority number one.
