Mulligan for Scrapimp in nearly every matchup. Against aggro, keep a good stated 1 drop if going first. Mulliganing 1 drops is okay otherwise. Best hand going 2nd is coin imp into merchant and hand or vomiting a hand of demons on turn 1 against aggro.
