This deck is probably the most fun deck I've played this expansion, and as it turns out, it's also really good! This deck, like classic handlock, takes advantage of a big hand in order to cheat out stats early through cards like Twilight Drake and Abyssal Summoner. A new addition to handlock is The Dark Portal, which is able to draw a big minion and reduce its cost by 5, a perfect card for this type of deck! Beyond playing big minions, this deck also has great control tools like Nether Breath, Crazed Netherwing, and yes, Magtheridon. Speaking of Magtheridon, while his inclusion might seem like a meme, he has actually proven to be a powerhouse. With the nerf to sacrificial Pact, his 12/12 body is really difficult to remove for some decks. Along with this, he is is also a full board clear, and a great tech against res priest (the warders really mess with their res pool). Another spicy inclusion in this deck is Lord Jaraxxus himself. No longer killable with an enemy sacrificial pact, Jaraxxus has won me a large percentage of my games. Against priest, Jaraxxus's hero power often wins the game, as priests eventually can't remove the infinite 6/6 demons. Against more aggressive decks like face hunter, Jaraxxus is able to save you from the brink of death. This deck also has a surprising amount of burst damage that you're opponent may not expect with cards like Alextrassa and Soulfire. Overall, this deck leads to some very exciting games and I feel is quite underrated at the moment, currently sporting a 55% win rate on hsreplay with around 1,400 games.
