Deck Overview: 60-75% Win Rate Overall

This deck is NOT a OTK Boar deck! This is a tempo deck at its core, your goal is to hit the early Scavenger’s Ingenuity, and then play tempo controlling the game while dealing damage with Hero Power, Spells and Weapons. If you have a 1/1 boar in hand, make sure to play him first before copying your buffed board. The main reason this deck is different is because this deck plays Stonetusk Boar for tempo rather than only as a OTK. In general, getting down a 1 mana 7/7 applies so much pressure that you win the majority of the time within a turn or 2. Your worst match-ups are Res Priest and Taunt Druid.

Mulligan Guide:

In almost every match-up you are looking for Scavenger’s Ingenuity early, that is the most important!

Always Keep: Scavenger’s Ingenuity (Highest Winrate), Dwarven Sharpshooter

Sometimes Keep: Tracking (Play turn 1 to find Scavenger’s), Explosive Trap (Against Aggro), Ramkahen Wildtamer & Scrap Shot (If you have Scavenger’s Ingenuity), Faerie Dragon (If no other early drops)

Play Guide:

As I said at the start, this is meant to be a tempo deck. Do not be afraid to play a 1 mana 4/4 on turn 3 or 1 mana 7/7 later in the game. If you can copy it, then it is almost always the right play to get 1 of your huge boars down in order to push pressure. If a res priest gets taunts down early, or if a big druid gets down a big taunt, it is most likely gg, but against any other deck you always have a chance.

The keys are getting early damage through with just consistent pressure. You do this with early drops like Faerie Dragon, Stormhammer, Corrosive Breath for clear, etc… Most games your opponent's health will be in the teens by turn 4 or 5. This allows you to play tempo boars to push damage, and usually you set up lethal the turn after playing your boars. Obviously there are a ton of situations where you play boar with a spell for the OTK, but this deck is not just an OTK deck.

One of the most important tips is to work on only buffing 1 boar… If you have 1/1 boar and a 4/4 boar in hand. Make sure you play the 1/1 boar before buffing or copying, your goal is to make the biggest boars possible.

Results: This is at Legend Rank: I started 2-2 because the deck took some learning, but after that I went 13-7. I think when piloted correctly, this deck counters the meta very well and should have a solid 65% Win Rate.
