I played almost 150 matches with DH so far and hit Legend. From my experience there are a few key cards that win certain matchups and if played on a high level you can pull of some nasty board clears and combos that feel really satisfying.

 A card that suprised me was Blade Dance in almost every matchup there is a situation in which this card is able to pull of an incredible swing turn and either win you the game or get you back into the game

 Magtheridon is just in here for fun, can be replaced with a 2 drop or smth

In my opinion the basic cards for DH are way to strong and thats why aggro DH is so easy to play, I think this list is more midrange DH and will stay good after all the nerfs hit
